2021 Lola

Now on its 15th vintage, Lola the wine is and has always been a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, and, starting with the 2016 vintage, the bottling has come entirely from Yellow Jacket Vineyard in the Walla Walla Rocks District. The Syrah was fermented with 100% whole cluster fruit in order to build extra structure and savory herbal notes to compliment the blackberry, orange rind, and distinct floral note specific to this vineyard. Plenty of tannin and depth make this a very age-worthy wine.
